Fundraiser Event
If
you've already seen our section explaining Virtual
House Party, you'll see a similarity to it in our Virtual
Fundraiser Event except here it's an opportunity for raising
actual cash funds for your house of worship, your club, your favorite
charity, and for other worthy causes. In a Virtual
Fundraiser Event, the reward goes by check to the recipient
organization which YOU designate when you schedule the Event with
us. After your Event comes to a close, we'll send your named organization
a check in the amount equal to 15% of the total of all items purchased
by the list of buyers to whom YOU forwarded our invitation. You
have no work to do other than emailing the invitation to your
list. We keep track of everything.
And here's a Special Bonus Gift for you:
After the Virtual Fundraiser Event
comes to a close and we mail a 15% check to the named organization,
GUESS WHAT! We'll send you a PurpleUmbrella.com Gift Certificate
equal to 50% of the amount the organization receives. This is
our way of saying 'thank you' to you for introducing us to your
organization.
In a nutshell, here are the simple rules, and keep in mind we're
talking " Virtual" Fundraiser Event! No cleaning up the social
hall, no cake and coffee, no dirty dishes - and it's as easy as
one, two, three...
- Tell us by email, using
the form at the bottom of this page, or by phone, which consecutive
fourteen days you'd like your Virtual
Fundraiser Event to run . We'll send you a fully descriptive
invitation by email which we'll ask you to forward by email
to all the names your organization and you put together. Remember,
you'll never have to bake more cookies if you get a big crowd
because it's all electronic! So go for it!
- From receiving your invitation, your organization's email
list will know how to visit our new website at www.PurpleUmbrella.com
and find our unique line of pins, earrings, bracelets, necklaces
and watches (and other fine and unusual handcrafted items) -
for themselves and for gifts.
- As your people submit their orders directly to us, we'll
keep track of their purchases as coming from buyers in your
group's Virtual Fundraiser Event
throughout your two-week period. At the close of the Event,
we'll send your organization a check in the amount of 15% of
all Event-generated sales. And we'll send you a PurpleUmbrella.com
Gift Certificate for half the amount of the check, which you
can use for purchasing anything in our product line.
